SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Each piece of jewelry is handmade, packaged and shipped from Salt Lake City, UT by Coco & Chamomile.  We process all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding Holidays.  Some items are made to order so please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.  Orders placed in the United States will ship by USPS depending on your selection at checkout:  First Class, Parcel Select Ground, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express; and, the shipping lead time will depend on the shipping type specified at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Orders originating from outside of the United States will ship by either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express; or DHL Express or UPS; and, the shipping lead time will depend on the shipping type you specified at checkout.  This international shipping may take from 10 to 20 days depending on the destination country and applicable customs requirements.  Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout; they are determined by the applicable customs agency for the destination country.  Although most countries do not charge additional fees, for the ones that do (e.g., the UK), assessment of duties and taxes are based on the value of the order.  We recommend that you check with your local customs agency for more information regarding importation taxes and duties that may be applicable to your online order. Payment of any duties and/or import taxes are made at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

How do I return my item?

Since each item is handmade, returns are managed on a case by case basis. An item must be deemed eligible for return within ten days of receiving.  The customer must cover the cost of the return shipping.  If the customer has received damaged goods due to shipping, the customer should file a claim with the mail carrier. Coco & Chamomile cannot refund any purchases that were damaged via shipping.  If the delivered item has been received with damage, but without any evidence of improper handling during shipping, please contact us at CocoAndChamomileJewelry@gmail.com so we can assess the damage to see what may be done.  Please include photos of the damage and explanation with the request for item return.

What will my product look like?

Each piece has been photographed so that the advertised images are as close to the actual coloring and look as possible.  Please understand that the images displayed on your viewing devices (i.e., computer monitors, mobile phones, etc.) may be subtly different than the actual items because of the inconsistencies between viewing devices.  Therefore, our images should be interpreted as a general representation of the look of each piece and the actual colors may vary slightly.
